Applications and specifications
The NL series wear-resistant throttle valve was developed for severe valve wear in hydraulic ash removal systems. It provides continuous flow adjustment in two-phase pipelines used in thermal power plant ash removal, mining and other industries.
The body has a wear-resistant layer and an annular cast basalt lining, with matching inlet and outlet diameters. Its straight discharge path and straight body base are intended to reduce particle erosion and slag accumulation, improve closure and provide responsive flow adjustment with convenient operation.
The source lists DN50–600, PN6–100 and an operating temperature of 0–120°C. Available actuation includes electric, manual, pneumatic and hydraulic. Applicable media include mineral slurry, slag water, mud, water and steam.
