The NPZ series wear-resistant slag discharge gate valve is designed for mineral-processing and tailings slurry pipelines in ferrous and nonferrous mining, power-plant hydraulic ash removal and slag-water systems, at nominal pressures up to 6.4 MPa and temperatures up to 120°C. The source specifies JC/T2306-2024. Cast basalt or other wear-resistant materials line the inlet and outlet passages. A tapered outlet, slag-guide groove and cast basalt lining at erosion-prone areas help discharge slag. The streamlined base matches the pipeline bore to reduce accumulation and wear, particularly in service with high ash/slag content or larger particles.
